These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sandraeidestudio.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Sandra Eide Studio, including Paper Heart Mail Club.

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to Paper Heart Mail Club, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into a purchase or subscription agreement with us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products and Services

Sandra Eide Studio offers artwork, stationery, prints, gifts, and other creative products. Paper Heart Mail Club is a recurring subscription service that delivers a curated collection of physical artwork, stationery, and other paper goods by mail.

Because our products are creative and handmade or artist-designed goods, individual pieces may have minor variations in printing, color, texture, or appearance.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue products or services at any time.

3. Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your monitor, device, browser, printer, lighting, or other factors. We do not guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may change without notice.

4. Orders and Purchase Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, billing information, email address, and shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or inventory errors, or suspected resale or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that an order can be fulfilled if an error or unforeseen issue is discovered. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other resolution.

5. Paper Heart Mail Club Subscriptions

Paper Heart Mail Club subscriptions are recurring monthly subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Your subscription renews automatically each month.

• Your payment method will be charged on your applicable renewal date.

• Your subscription remains active until you cancel it.

• Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily refund a payment that has already been processed.

• A subscription cancellation may not cancel or refund a monthly mail item that has already been prepared or shipped.

Specific subscription pricing and other subscription details are displayed at checkout and may change for future subscriptions or renewal periods as permitted by applicable law.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Paper Heart Mail Club subscription through the available account or subscription management options or by contacting us.

Cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled renewal in order to prevent the next recurring charge.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, cancellation will generally prevent future charges but will not automatically result in a refund of the payment already made.

If the month's subscription has already been prepared or mailed, we generally cannot cancel or retrieve that month's physical mail.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights that may be required by applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Most physical products are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Some products may be produced or fulfilled by third-party printing or manufacturing partners.

For Paper Heart Mail Club, monthly mail is sent through USPS or another applicable postal service.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an item has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, postal delays, address issues, international customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order or subscription item appears to be missing, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a current and complete shipping address.

For Paper Heart Mail Club subscriptions, please update your address before the applicable monthly mailing is prepared whenever possible.

We are not responsible for mail sent to an incorrect or outdated address supplied by the customer.

If you move or need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for providing an accurate international mailing address.

International delivery times can vary significantly and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international mail.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our return and refund practices are described in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by law, certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including digital products, personalized or custom products, gift cards, and final-sale items.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the damage. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

11. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change.

We may correct pricing, product, or listing errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you to provide options or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and/or Wix Payments, as applicable.

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

12. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, logos, product concepts, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Sandra Eide Studio unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit our artwork, designs, photographs, written content, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.

You may not use our artwork or products to create derivative merchandise, digital products, or other commercial products without permission.

13. User Comments, Reviews, and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, photographs, or other feedback to us, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for business, promotional, or informational purposes, subject to applicable law.

You should not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through public reviews, comments, or other publicly visible areas of the Site.

You represent that any content you submit does not knowingly violate another person's rights, contain unlawful material, or include malicious software or code.

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is inappropriate for our Site.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, email services, shipping providers, and other business tools.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others

16. Accounts and Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and taking reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.

You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where otherwise required by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantee that the Site or any particular product or service will meet every individual expectation or requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandra Eide Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase or use of our products or services.

Our liability will not be limited or excluded where doing so would violate applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for matters that cannot legally be shifted to you.

20. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site or have an active transaction or subscription with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you materially violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies or terms specifically incorporated into the Site, constitute the agreement between you and Sandra Eide Studio regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products and services.

These Terms supersede prior versions of our Terms of Service concerning the same subject matter.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of these Terms and post the revised version on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
